If you're not happy with your first subscription purchase, email us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no forms, no hoops.

Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We don't offer partial refunds for time remaining after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. We'll email you a receipt for every payment. If a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
