Privacy Policy

The short version
Your images never leave your device. Conversion happens in your browser, so we never receive, see, or store your image files. The only personal data we handle is what's needed to run your account and take payment.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password, when you create an account.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your card details.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't collect
- Your images. They are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded.
- Data for sale to third parties. We don't sell personal data — to anyone.
How we use your data
To provide the Service, manage your subscription, respond to support requests, and send service-related emails (such as receipts, password resets, and important account notices). We only send marketing email with your consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the Service secure. This holding page sets no cookies at all.
Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Our hosting providers — who store account data on our behalf.
We share data beyond this only if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@rebellionsystems.com. UK and EU users have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we don't sell data). We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 90 days of account closure, except where we must keep records longer for tax or legal reasons.
